The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) Limited, South Central Zone, has announced the operation of its Bharat Gaurav tourist train, named ‘Bhavya Gujarat’.
This special tour is scheduled to run from October 7 to 16, originating from Secunderabad. The itinerary includes significant religious and cultural sites across Gujarat, such as Dwaraka (Dwaraka and Nageshwar temples), Somnath (Somnath temple), Ahmedabad (Sabarmati Ashram and Modhera Sun temple), Patan (Rani Ki Vav), and the Statue of Unity (Sardar Vallabhai Patel).
Boarding and de-boarding facilities will also be available at Vijayawada, Tenali Junction, Chirala, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, and Renigunta stations. The train offers various accommodation options, including sleeper, 3AC, and 2AC coaches. The tour package encompasses night stays in budget hotels, with choices for non-AC or AC rooms, along with security services on the train, vegetarian meals, and travel insurance. IRCTC tour managers will accompany passengers for assistance throughout the journey.
