Police in Nandyal have apprehended an adult and taken a minor into custody in connection with the theft of electronic goods from a local storeroom. The stolen items, which included Personalised Adaptive Learning (PAL) tabs, adaptors, and cables, were designated for distribution to government school children. Following a complaint lodged by an official from the A.P. Samagra Shiksha office, authorities recovered 77 PAL tabs, 60 adaptors, and other electronic material, with an estimated value of ₹6.93 lakh. The incident occurred a few days prior in a room adjacent to the Deputy Education Officer’s office within Nandyal I Town police station limits, according to Assistant Superintendent of Police M. Javali.
