Bachchan stated that she holds a "fantastic" relationship with the media, attributing this to her father being a journalist and her own career development within the public eye. However, she emphasized that her relationship with paparazzi is "zero."
She critically described paparazzi as "rats" who invade personal privacy using mobile phones and questioned their training and professional representation. Furthermore, Bachchan expressed disapproval of celebrities who intentionally arrange for paparazzi to photograph them, citing airport appearances as an example.
