The Karimnagar three-town police have announced the arrest of a garment shop owner, Sangam Rajesh, and two workers in connection with a recent fire incident. The blaze, which destroyed a shop near Sri Rajarajeshwara Kalyana Mandapam on November 17, is alleged by police to have been deliberately set. According to police statements, the owner and two workers are accused of orchestrating the fire after first moving valuable merchandise, purportedly to fraudulently claim insurance money. Police further indicate that the alleged motive stemmed from the owner's reported business losses and an attempt to clear debts.
