Delhi Police have arrested three individuals—Amrita Chauhan (21), Sumit Kashyap (27), and Sandeep Kumar (29), all residents of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh—in connection with the murder of a UPSC aspirant in the national capital.

The deceased, 32-year-old Ram Kesh Meena, was identified after his burnt body was discovered on October 6 following a fire at E-60, Gandhi Vihar, Delhi. Police and fire services responded to the scene after receiving information about a fire on the property's fourth floor.

Investigation revealed that the fire incident occurred shortly after the three accused individuals had left the premises. Authorities analyzed Amrita Chauhan's phone location data, which placed her near E-Block Gandhi Vihar at the time of the incident, leading to her arrest in Moradabad on October 18. Police have also recovered a hard disk from a trolley bag during their ongoing investigation.
