An incident involving a disruptive passenger occurred on Akasa Air flight QP 1599, operating from Bengaluru to Delhi, on October 20, 2025, shortly after boarding. According to sources, an allegedly inebriated individual engaged in an altercation with co-passengers and subsequently with the flight crew, who requested the passenger to disembark from the aircraft.

Upon the passenger's reported refusal to alight, security personnel were called to the aircraft for their physical removal. During this process, the passenger also reportedly had an altercation with CISF personnel. Akasa Air confirmed an incident of unruly behavior, stating that their crew followed required safety protocols in line with their policies and reiterated their zero-tolerance stance against such conduct. Proceedings have reportedly been initiated to place the individual on a no-fly list.
