The 17th Rojgar Mela, convened in Shimla, concluded with the issuance of appointment letters to 93 individuals for various government roles.
Among those who received letters were Gaurav, 23, from Bilaspur district, appointed as a Sub-Inspector in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). Gaurav, a BSc and BEd graduate, had successfully completed the required examinations and physical tests for the CISF role in March 2024 and indicated intentions to pursue advanced opportunities within the force.
Also receiving appointments were Sheetal, 20, from Kaithal, Haryana, and Kuljeet Singh, 21, from Sangrur, Punjab, both selected as Branch Post Masters in the Department of Posts (DoP) in Himachal Pradesh. Sheetal's selection was based on her academic record from Class 10, and she had completed her preliminary training. Kuljeet Singh, who completed his education up to Class 10, had received his appointment in August and completed basic training for his role.
The event highlighted the ongoing governmental recruitment processes.
