Police in Krishna district are investigating the disappearance of a minor Intermediate student from a private junior college in Kankipadu village. The student, a first-year enrollee originally from Punganur, Chittoor district, reportedly left the college premises on Saturday during study hours by jumping the compound wall. Following the student's failure to return home and subsequent inability to be traced, the college principal, K. Venkata Prakash Babu, lodged a formal complaint with Penamaluru police on Monday.
