The film “They Call Him OG,” starring Pawan Kalyan, achieved a cumulative domestic box office collection of ₹122 crore over its initial three days of release, including preview shows. Despite receiving mixed critical reviews, the action thriller demonstrated strong initial earnings, securing ₹21 crore from Wednesday preview shows and a significant ₹63.75 crore on its opening day. However, daily collections showed a slight decrease on subsequent days.
On Saturday, the Telugu version recorded an overall occupancy of 42.08 percent across 2,583 shows, with Kakinada, Hyderabad, and Warangal reporting the highest figures. The Tamil and Hindi versions registered lower occupancy rates. The cast features Pawan Kalyan, Emraan Hashmi, Priyanka Arul Mohan, Prakash Raj, Sriya Reddy, and Arjun Das. Director Sujeeth also commented on recent comparisons between “They Call Him OG” and another film, asserting that his project’s teaser was released prior to the development of the compared film.
