After publishing a widely viewed LinkedIn post discussing alleged pricing inconsistencies, Mundhra reported receiving a WhatsApp message from Prabhjeet Singh, head of Uber’s India and South Asia operations, within ten minutes of the post going live. Mundhra indicated that he had expected a defensive reaction but experienced the opposite. The incident and Uber’s response subsequently drew online commentary, with users acknowledging the company’s approach to addressing customer feedback.
