Cisco has earned the top spot as the best technology workplace for 2026, according to a ranking by Fortune. The company was followed by other significant players in the tech industry.
Nvidia secured the second position, with World Wide Technology and Cadence Design Systems ranking third and fourth, respectively. Salesforce, Experian, and Box were listed in fifth, sixth, and seventh places. Intuit and Adobe also featured in the top rankings, and ServiceNow completed the top ten.
To compile this list, Fortune collaborated with Great Place to Work, a firm specializing in workplace culture and people analytics. The ranking was determined by survey feedback from 144,000 employees across the United States.
Great Place to Work evaluated employee experiences based on various factors. These included trust in leadership, adaptability in the workplace, employee retention, the effectiveness of collaboration, and the availability of opportunities for professional growth.
