On Tuesday morning, a 43-year-old truck driver, identified as Mohammad Farooq Kallan Sheik of Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, died following a collision on National Highway 48 near Vadodara’s Tarsali area. Police reports indicate that Sheik’s vehicle struck a stationary truck. The Vadodara Fire and Emergency Services (VFES) team subsequently spent approximately 90 minutes to extricate the victim’s body, which was lodged within the driver’s cabin.
