According to Sacnilk, its domestic earnings reached Rs 140.20 crore after four days of release, which includes Rs 21 crore from paid previews. The film recorded its highest single-day collection on its opening day (Thursday) with Rs 63.75 crore, followed by Rs 18.45 crore on Friday and Rs 18.50 crore on both Saturday and Sunday, indicating an approximate 80% reduction in daily collections after the opening day. Internationally, They Call Him OG accumulated around Rs 60 crore. This financial performance marks the film as Kalyan’s highest-grossing release to date and his first to surpass the Rs 200 crore global threshold. The plot revolves around a fictional gangster named Ojas Gambheera, portrayed by Kalyan, and also features Emraan Hashmi, Arjun Das, and Priyanka Mohan. Production and release of the film faced delays, particularly following Kalyan’s appointment as Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana.
