The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad) has successfully concluded the initial phase of summer placements for its Post Graduate Programme (PGP) batch of 2028. Recruiters extended over 85 job offers during this first cluster.
The placement drive, which took place on October 23, 2026, utilized a hybrid model, enabling companies to engage with students both virtually and on campus. The offers spanned various sectors including consulting, investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, and operations consulting.
The first cluster encompassed six distinct recruitment groups: advisory consulting; cards and financial advisory; investment banking and markets; management consulting; private equity, venture capital, asset management and hedge funds; and transformation and operations consulting. Several prominent consulting firms participated in the process.
