Indian carriers have facilitated the return of approximately 15,000 passengers from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. These operations commenced on March 2 and concluded on March 5, following the initiation of airstrikes in the region on February 28.

The Civil Aviation Ministry reported the execution of 40 inbound flights on March 6, with 51 flights planned for March 7, representing the highest daily number since the regional air operations began. Alongside Indian airlines, Gulf carriers including Emirates, flydubai, and Etihad have also operated special and limited commercial services. The Ministry has established a control room and a helpline to offer travel assistance to passengers.
