A 20-year-old factory worker, Prince Kumar, succumbed to injuries on September 22 in Rajkot, Gujarat, following a stabbing incident that occurred on September 12.
The altercation reportedly stemmed from a social media interaction. Prince Kumar had posted about his grandfather’s passing on Facebook, to which a fellow villager, Bipin Kumar Rajinder Gond, responded with a laughing emoji. This reaction reportedly led to a confrontation near Prince’s factory around midnight on September 12, during which Bipin Kumar, accompanied by another man, Brajesh Gond, allegedly stabbed Prince Kumar.
Prince Kumar was initially hospitalized at a local facility before being transferred to Rajkot Civil Hospital, where he died ten days later.
