Based on a survey of over 650 IT professionals across approximately eight countries, the study indicates that a significant number of women in technology believe an increase in female leadership would enhance the work environment. In contrast, the report found that men generally perceive the tech industry as an equitable space. Women participating in the survey cited ongoing challenges related to bias, difficulties in maintaining work-life balance, and limited opportunities for leadership advancement.
