Jawaharnagar police, operating under the Malkajgiri Commissionerate, have reported the arrest of a 22-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl in connection with a homicide investigation. The individuals are apprehended for the murder of the girl's mother, D. Anju, a 40-year-old domestic worker from Alwal. According to police statements, Ms. Anju was allegedly killed at her residence in May of the previous year. Her body was subsequently buried inside the home, with the crime reportedly surfacing during an investigation into a missing person report filed after she failed to return home.
