The upcoming ‘Food for Thought Fest 2’025 is an international food festival designed to integrate culinary showcases with intellectual exchange. Featuring participation from countries such as Spain, the Netherlands, and Nepal, the event will serve as a platform for discussions, recipe sharing, and the exchange of ideas within the culinary arts.
The festival will host three distinct pavilions, including a Luxury Pavilion presenting special dishes from participating hotels and a Regional Flavour section offering various regional foods in a street-food style. Attendees can also expect live cooking workshops and food shows led by master chefs from South Asia.
Prominent figures scheduled to participate include food critic and writer Rashmi Uday Singh, renowned chefs Abhijit Saha and Gautam Maharshi, Nepalese writer Rohini Rana, and Padma Shri Dr. Pushpesh Pant. An AMC official indicated that the festival aims to highlight South Asia's diverse culinary traditions and cultural heritage. It also intends to provide inspiration and learning opportunities for students and professionals, such as hotel management students, food bloggers, and entrepreneurs, allowing them to explore new techniques, trends, and food traditions from the region.
