Via an Instagram post, Bedi explained that her method involves completing a foundational 10,000 steps early in the morning. She then supplements this with an additional 2,000 to 5,000 steps, suggesting a brief walk, such as 10 minutes after lunch, to meet higher targets. Bedi further revealed that she frequently utilizes her drawing room as an indoor track, employing a figure-eight pattern to accumulate her daily step count.
