Furthermore, she acknowledged the Bharat Scouts and Guides for their spirit of service, particularly their contributions during emergencies such as floods, earthquakes, and epidemics. She noted the organization's substantial size, encompassing over 6.3 million members in India and ranking among the largest global Scout and Guide organizations.
