Jubilee Hills police have arrested three individuals in connection with an ongoing property dispute at road number 25. The investigation involves allegations of forgery, criminal conspiracy, trespass, wrongful confinement, grievous hurt, robbery, and criminal intimidation. According to police, a primary accused, despite having sold the property in 2009 and lacking legal claim, allegedly executed a gift deed in favor of another accused using fabricated documents as part of a criminal conspiracy. Authorities examined various forms of evidence, including CCTV footage, technical data, and land records, which they state established forgery, conspiracy, and the use of violence with the intention of forcibly dispossessing the lawful owner. The arrests occurred on January 10, following due legal procedure, and the accused reportedly admitted their involvement during interrogation. Efforts are continuing to trace and apprehend other individuals allegedly involved in the scheme.
