The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) recently convened a review meeting to assess the management of the Salakatla Brahmotsavams at Tirumala.
Held at Mahati auditorium on Friday, the meeting included TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal, Additional EO Ch. Veerabrahmam, Chief Vigilance and Security Officer K.V. Muralikrishna, and Superintendent of Police L. Subbarayudu. The discussions focused on the peaceful and incident-free conclusion of the nine-day festival.
Officials noted the significant coordination among the TTD team, district administration, police, and Srivari Sevaks (volunteers), along with cooperation from devotees, as contributing factors to the event’s smooth execution. Reference was made to advance guidelines, prepared three months prior, which were credited with aiding coordination.
Based on this experience, the TTD expressed confidence in its ability to manage upcoming events, including Tiruchanur Brahmotsavams, Vaikuntha Ekadasi, and Ratha Sapthami, effectively.
