Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has issued directives aimed at enhancing administrative efficiency and public service delivery across various government departments. During a review of Real Time Governance and public feedback, the Chief Minister instructed officials to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data from sources such as drones, CCTV cameras, and satellites to improve performance monitoring and service provision.
The Chief Minister also emphasized heightened vigilance and the implementation of preventive measures to mitigate accidents, recommending a study of safety practices in Sivakasi. Further directives included ensuring seamless pension distribution, prioritizing the development of Swarna Gramams and Swarna Wards, and avoiding unnecessary public surveys. Officials reported that WhatsApp-based Mana Mitra services have expanded to cover 953 services, prompting the Chief Minister to call for increased public awareness regarding these facilities.
