The Land Stack project is an initiative designed to consolidate diverse information related to individual land parcels onto a single digital platform. Its primary objective is to provide users with comprehensive property data, thereby enabling informed decision-making and aiming to prevent instances of fraud stemming from informational asymmetry. Currently in a six-month pilot phase, which is approximately three-and-a-half months underway, the project has developed three information layers for Tamil Nadu and two for Chandigarh, with a goal of establishing five foundational layers by the end of December. The initiative emphasizes strategic information layering to avoid data overload, acknowledging the need for collaboration for its successful implementation.
