The Chairman of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), B.R. Naidu, presented silk robes (vastrams) to Lord Ranganatha Swamy at the Srirangam temple in Tamil Nadu. This presentation occurred on Monday, preceding the Kaisika Dwadasi observance scheduled for December 31. Officials from the Srirangam temple, including Joint Commissioner P. Sivaraman and Chief Priest Sundarabhattar, provided a traditional welcome and escorted Chairman Naidu during the event.
The TTD has maintained this practice of offering robes to the Srirangam temple annually since 2006.
