The Ukrainian Interior Ministry has reported an updated casualty count following an overnight Russian strike. The ministry stated that 25 individuals were killed and 73 injured in the western Ukrainian city of Ternopil. Separately, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister confirmed that Ukraine plans to raise the issue of the overnight Russian attacks at a United Nations Security Council meeting scheduled for Thursday. Additionally, the Polish Prime Minister has alleged that Ukrainians collaborating with Russia were responsible for recent rail blasts.
