In a separate development, former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) director Susan Monarez is prepared to testify before senators. Her testimony will allege that Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. pressured her to endorse new vaccine recommendations without sufficient scientific evidence.
