Senior police officials, led by Hassan Superintendent of Police Shubhanwita, conducted an inspection at the Arya Mansion hotel on Saturday evening.
During the inspection, police observed that liquor was being served to minors. They also identified discrepancies with the hotel’s liquor license, which was reportedly issued to one individual but operated by another.
The Superintendent of Police stated that the hotel was found to be in violation of rules regarding both its license and the serving of alcohol to underage individuals. Action will be taken against the hotel in accordance with the law, including under the Juvenile Justice Act.
